The Born This Way singer welcomed a fan to the stage, but he lost his balance when she leapt into his arms, sending them both plummeting to the floor.
Security guards saved the pair instantly, and Gaga told fans she wasn’t injured, adding, “Everything’s okay.”
She went on: “The only thing that’s not OK is that we need some stairs to get back to the damn stage.”
She also told the confused fan, whose name was Jack, that it was not his fault, saying that he should “forgive himself” and adding that “it takes two to tango.”
He laughed and joked after confirming that he was fine: “I think after that we should have some tea, f***. That was a fall!”
Returning to the stage, she said to the audience: “I’ve fallen off the stage before… you know what we did? We fell into each other’s arms. We’re like Rose and Jack from the Titanic.”
She continued to perform some of her biggest hits with vigorous dance routines.
Later on, Gaga shared pictures of herself on Instagram, going through her post-show routine including an ice bath, hot bath, and compression suit.
The 33-year-old, who suffers from fibromyalgia (a rheumatic disease affecting the joints), had previously fallen off her piano during a show in 2011 in Houston, USA.
Two years later, after she broke her hip she had to cancel her Born This Way tour.
